TCU – Thermotech control unit – temperature controller system
KUPC LLP have developed our own digital control system for heat treatment transformers and furnaces. Pre-heat and PWHT can be done simultaneously. The temperature controller system has a high quality 12 inch touch screen, and integrate 12 channel temperature logging. The different screen views make it easy to monitor the process graphically, or as a controller window. The system will generate a complete heat treatment report (pdf) with the company logo and report number ready to be printed out with your signature on it. This will secure the result of the report, as it will not be possible to tamper with it. Wireless network or LAN will easily let you control the whole process while it is running and there is a possibility of changing parameters during the process.
The unit is first on the market to give such a complete package in one unit.
